Alphasert Inc. specializes in equipment repair and service, operator training, parts sales, and performance checks. This year we opened our refurbishing center where we rebuild a large variety of industrial equipment and our machine shop where we design and modify equipment and parts. Lastly, we offer assistance in helping you find equipment for sale. Our company has always offered:

10.	Our Performance Checks are easy for everyone to work with all required parts are listed, repairs are broken down by equipment pieces and general notes state what needs repair ASAP and what equipment will need to be fixed in the near future.

Alphasert offers regular service Monday to Friday from 8-4pm at $80/hr and after hour rates at $120/hr for a minimum of 4 hours. 5 service technicians are available to address all your equipment needs and replace any needed parts. For quickest response time, please call us at 905.773.5111

Refurbish Center and Machine Shop

Recently, we expanded our shop to include a refurbish and machine center. This allows us to work on your equipment more efficiently and effectively without delay. Alphasert can also modify parts as needed without having to outsource which causes delays. From overhauling full sized industrial equipment to welding  an arm on a pump truck, we offer it all. We encourage staff/operators to come with jobs to our refurbish center and work along side us to learn the process and understand the mechanical workings. The same hour rates apply for in-shop service.

Plant Relocation

From changing buildings to redesigning plant layouts, we offer a full range of services that include everything from coordinating with electricians to hiring riggers. Alphasert handles every step of the process professionally, from idea concept and inception to completion of the installation.

Assistance with Equipment Purchases

Equipment upgrades and exchanges are effective ways to reduce cost while improving your plant. Alphasert Inc. offers you assistance with discovering new and used equipment for sale, inspecting possible purchases and disassembling equipment for shipping.

Service Programs

Jump Start Program

This program is for 1 week of service, to work with the operating supervisors helping boost the 'numbers'. Our plan is to find ways to improve the running of your equipment in order to increase the production output. By finding ways to effectively and efficiently run, we can maximize the operator's time and final production. At the end of the week, you will receive a printed report comparing the results of the previous weeks 'numbers' with those 'numbers' we created during our Jump Start program.

Rent-A-Tech Program

Alphasert Inc. understands that it is difficult and often not cost effective to hire full time maintenance staff, therefore we offer service technicians for hire. Our service technicians will temporarily be a part of your staff to come to your plant as often as you need help. At a discounted rate, based on a schedule that you will determine, we will check any issues your staff is encountering, repair any problems that need fixing, answer any questions, assist with any training, or investigate any hiccup that is interfering with getting a job done.

Example - Twice a month our service technician will enter your plant for an 8- hour period and go to a board where you have identified any problems you are having. Our technician will correct those problems and if additional time remains, they will go through your machine to ensure that all else is running efficiently. Additionally, we are in the process of researching and incorporating thermal imaging as a part of our service. By taking thermal photos periodically, we will be able to compare with old photos and see if anything is currently hotter than before or if two like bearings are at different temperatures, thereby showing potential bearing failures before it happens. By taking this sort of preventative maintenance action, you can prevent your machines from unwanted and crippling production downtime.
