Alphaliner Training

Alphaliner Training Program

Alphasert's training program reviews safety and basic Alphaliner operating principles, which is useful in every day operation and troubleshooting. It teaches the operator good troubleshooting technique, gathering information, analyzing the problem, testing possibilities and looking for underlying causes of faults. Alphasert's training program offers training in both practical (hands on) experience and theory (book work) learning.

After the first two weeks of training, the operator should be able to:

  • Work around the Alphaliner safely
  • Set up a basic job on the Alphaliner
  • Inspect the Alphaliner for obvious faults
  • Isolate faults to either the Alphaliner or stacker
  • Explain machine operation

Alphasert's training program is set up so the machine operators will have training on the basics of the Alphaliner in the first two weeks. After those two weeks, the operator will have an opportunity to run the machine by his or herself with little assistance from Alphasert. This break in training will let the operator reflect on things he or she needs to work on. Once Alphasert returns for the remainder of the training program, the operator will have more of an understanding of how the Alphaliner works. Once he or she is to this point, Alphasert can do more in depth training and any extra training the operator feels is necessary.

At the end of Alphaserts training program, the operator should be able to:

  • Troubleshoot the Alphaliner logically, not randomly
  • Perform routine maintenance
  • Pass the written knowledge test with a minimum of 70%

Alphasert is proud to also offer customized training programs.
